Q) Can I register for some camp days now and add additional days later or register for additional days last minute?

A) Yes you may register for additional days at a later date and last minute as long as there are spaces available.  Simply log in to your account and select the additional days.  If you would like to register in person or for the current day you will need to call the camp coordinator directly.

Q) Can I change camp days that I have already registered for?

A) Yes you may change or switch registered dates without penalty at the coordinator’s discretion. Changes may only be done with a minimum of 24 hours notice and must be done in person or over the phone.  Once you have paid for your registrations online, the system will not allow changes - they must be done in person or by phone. 

Q) What is your staff to child ratio during camp?

A) For the Casa camps, we use a 1:8 ratio when we are on site and we use a 1:5 ratio for field trips.  This ratio does not include any volunteers or junior counselors  – any volunteers are extra helpers and are not included in the ratio.  The Elementary camp uses a 1:10 ratio.

Q) When I register online, do I have to use PayPal?

A)  No, you will have the option when you are finished registering to pay online or to reserve a space for your child and “Print Payment Page”.  Please print this page and send it with your payment to the school.  Payment by cash or cheque must then be made within 5 days of your online registration.  Payments may be brought to the school during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) before camp begins or given directly to the camp coordinator after this date.

Q)  What is your payment policy for camp?

A) Changes to registered days may only be done with a minimum of 24 hours notice and must be done in person or over the phone.  Once you have paid for your registrations online, the system will not allow changes - they must be done in person or by phone. 

Changes to registered dates without penalty may be done if there is sufficient time to make any necessary staffing changes and if there is space in the program at the coordinator’s discretion.

Payment must be made within 5 days of registration.  For late registrations, payment must be received before children are left in our care.  Enrolment is not guaranteed until payment is received.
